Parking

Though Blackwell is located in the city limits of Elizabeth City, we are fortunate to have three parking lots for our church family and our visitors. If you choose to park in either of the two back lots, proceed to the other side of the education building and enter the sanctuary doors on the back, side or front of the sanctuary building. The doors are locked once the worship service begins.
